Where is computer training conducted?
Computer training can be conducted on your premises. Equipment is set up in a separate room or workstation area convenient to you. If required, a training room can be hired for an additional fee.

What is the length of the course?
Courses are tailored to your business requirements. A course can be designed from 3 hours to a full day or multiple sessions. It depends on the content you want to cover, which is decided upon when booking.

Website Design Questions

What do I need to provide you for a website?
Once you contact us we will ask you to provide us with some preliminary information to assist with your design and any images and text you wish to be included.

How long does a website take to finish?
A website completion can vary depending on the information required from you and the complexity but generally a website can be finished within 4 weeks.

What if I already have hosting and a domain name?
We can use your existing hosting if you prefer. If you don't have hosting or a domain name we will register your domain name and purchase hosting on your behalf with a reputable 3rd party hosting company.

What are your payment terms and conditions?
For a website, payment is made progressively. Once the design is approved a 20% deposit is required to start the project and progress payments are made throughout the project.
